A Quarterly Marketing Action Plan: a 12-week plan built around the bottleneck your diagnostic found. It is assembled by hand and read line by line before it reaches you. One payment of $297, no subscription. It comprises:

• Your task-level spreadsheet
• Your quarter on one page
• Your recorded walkthrough
• What you will own by week 12
• Your stop-doing list
• Day 30, 60 and 90 checkpoints

Within 24 hours of your answers landing — that is, from when you finish the intake questions, since the plan is built from those answers. If we miss it, tell us and we will either finish it or refund you — your choice.

Advice about your specific legal, financial or tax position, and not a guarantee of any result. Marketing outcomes depend on execution, market and a good deal of luck. We tell you what we would do; doing it is yours.

Before it is delivered, you can have your money back, no questions. Once it has been delivered it is a completed bespoke service, so refunds after that are at my discretion — but ask, because I would rather refund you than argue with you.

Sign-in is by emailed link, so whoever controls your inbox controls your account. Keep it secure. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

You can use the plan we write for you however you like, inside your business or for your clients. The question bank, the scoring, the task library and this site remain ours.
